Refund Policy
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
No RMA is necessary.
Products must be unused or defective to be returned.
Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
Online order Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Refunds for returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the item. It may take a few more days before the
refund posts to your account. This is based on the policies of your bank or credit card.

If your product was purchased with FREE shipping, then Return shipping is on YOU, the customer.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and purchase the new item you’d like as a separate transaction.
Custom orders are non refundable.
Bulk orders are non refundable .
Custom quantity orders (over 100 units of any product and / or variations) where we must have our factory produce a unique quantity, are non refundable. This includes all products (colors, variations etc). Purchase orders will be honored under expected timelines based on our quotes.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped within 4-6 buisness days, or on the next available business day; using the carrier of our choice or unless specified by buying agencies on bulk orders. Orders are processed "first come first serve" basis. If there is a delay in shipping we will reach out
