Medicine Sizing: All NarCase® products currently fit Emergent (Narcan® Nasal Spray) and Generic medicine. Some older medicines may need to be slightly trimmed on one side. See disclaimer below
Included Malice Clips: See pictures. Left band fits perfectly for any molle application. Right band can be trimmed off for duty belts after securing it.
